Where to get some Trimethylolethane and Lauric Acid?

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question in, but does anyone know where I can order some Trimethylolethane or Lauric Acid from? I'm looking to get these two phase change materials for a project we're working on at work and haven't had much luck!
