Where to find IBC 2000?

Can I find IBC 2000 or parts of it somehwere on the net? Or any other way to get it?

There are many book stores that are on line that would be delighted to sell and ship you a copy. I have a three ring binder copy and I use it occasionally.

I have the same problem, because I`m looking for the specification about seismic forces indicates in the IBC 2000. I´m from Chile and I´d like speak whit sameone who could help me.
