Please help me identify this type of plastic
I saw a cheap plastic toy with a area where it looks like there are two transparent mat finished layers of plastic film on top of each other. When you use a stencil or any hard object to draw on the top plastic it looks like it gets stuck on the bottom plastic only at the points where you apply pressure. The places where the two plastic layers stick to each other becomes much more clear (transparent) than the re around it where the two plastic layers are still separated. If you want to clear what you have drawn you just slide a slider between the two plastic layers which separate the two layers from each other and the then you have a clean slate to draw your next picture.
Please help me identify this plastic product i.e. trade name or type of plastic name.
Where would one be able to source this product.
