Water Reactive 3 Explosion Venting Design Criteria

Does anyone know the Water Reactive 3 explosion venting design criteria for in a H2/H4 occupancy? We need to meet the 2009 IFC 4404.1.6.

So far, NFPA 68 regulates deflagration venting for flammable gases, dusts, and liquids. However it isn't used for Water reactive 3 materials. That's were I am at. Where next? Thank you.
