I am working on a raised platform which is tubular legs with angle iron sides and braces. My sketch is getting unreadable with all of the lines and dimensions. What is the best way to handle a fairly complex weldment? Should I model sections individually and put them together in an assembly. Thanks.

I would try to create multiple sketches instead of having everything on one sketch. For example, have all the tubular legs on one sketch and the angle iron sides on another. After creating that, just hide the sketch and that should be cleaner and easier to manage.

Thanks WorkingLife,

It was one of those forest through the trees things I guess. Thanks for the quick response.
