vegaflex 81 erratic reading?

hello there, i got an erratic reading of vegaflex 81 which measures the level of LPG Economizer Tank.. This tank is use either FLSC (flash liquid sub-cooling) or LSC operation. 2 out of 3 (separate) tanks has experience erratic reading where the level control valves restlessly moving 0 to 80%. Thus, it fills the tank with more LPG condensate and triggers the high level shutdown of the compressor.

Checking the control loop and wiring connection neither resolve the issue. see drawing.
