I need to apply a varying load to a plate and am looking for the best way to do it and some examples.

What we have is a loaded dump truck and I need to apply the force of the material inside accuratly across the floor. I have a reasonable profile for the heap but can't figure out how to apply the load since it is variable in x, y, and z

Any thoughts?

see link for a picture of a truck with a simalar load condition.

Thanks

I never tried to apply a load (or pressure) different in all directions. To me it seems just a proper selection/creation of the coordinate system the load refers to and proper definition of the load function in all directions (the more complicated part, but not too complicated).
