UPDATING CHARTS

I used this formula defined in the "name" to auto-update my charts. It works fine when the range filled with all data.
As soon as I have a blank cell in my data column, instead of filling the whole column (till the end of the data) as it supposes to do, it just fills part of it. Can you help me to correct this formula :

=OFFSET('SHEET 1"!C15,1,0,COUNT('SHEET 1'!C16:C2000),1)
