Does anyone know if Ultrasonic Soldering would be a viable option for high volume soldering of polyurethane nylon coated wire to tin plated terminals in electronic component manufacture. ( I am also interested in soldering Litz wire and Tex E)I am interested in it as an alternative to standard fluxing / solder dipping / cleaning process.<br>
If so, could you recommend a company who would develop / have this equipment, or where I might get some more information? (This is an area I really don't know very much about)
