Traffic Sign Software

I am looking for opinions/reviews of traffic sign software compatible with MicroStation/J, and compliant with the MUTCD - Millenium Edition. Specifically, I would like to place cells in a MicroStation drawing for use as traffic control plans and presentations. Any comments?

NY State DOT uses GuidSign with MicroStation. I haven't used it enough to recommend for or agaist it, though.

The Louisiana DOT uses TraffiCAD. They also use Microstation. They like it well enough...
