Title Block for Three View Drawings 2

I work for a water pump company to witch I have been assigned the task to create a layout for title block of a three view drawing. Right now i have most of the basics but i am looking to see if any one else has any tips on information that I should include.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

ASME Y14.3M-1994 Multiview and Sectional View Drawings.

Right now I have the ANSI Y14.1-1980 and the ASME Y14.3M-1994 on order and I am wondering is there any other important things to include that you may have learned in your experiences.

Do you use any 3D Cad? Do you do DOD work? If so, then you might also want to get ASME Y14.1-2003 Digital Product Definition Data Practices.

We are using Solid Works 2005 and we are not doing any DOD work.
Another question about this is do you feel it is good to separate QC drawing, engineering drawings, production drawings...?

That really depends on the culture of your company. I have worked places where the production drawings were used for everything, and I have worked places where QA, QC, Fabrication, Assembly and Purchasing had seperate drawings.

I prefer to have all information available in one document. Call me crazy.

Include a a visual cure to whether the drawing is 1st or 3rd angle projection (typically, a front and side view of a frustum). I worked for the US affiliate of a German company and am sensitive to the problems that confustion over this causes.

Thanks for all the help, but I am still looking to find out if anyone has any input of there own on what they have found from experience has been a good thing to include in the title block of an orthographic drawing.
I am looking for opinions more then just facts.
