The requested SOA object property is not loaded

Hello, after upgrading the from NX7.5 to NX8.5.3 we got some error messages when loading older files. I searched the interwebs for a solution and only found one hit from this forum,

this contains an IR number, so I went to the GTAC site and searched for the number, didn't find any matches.

Can someone point me in the right direction for a solution?

If it was resolved as an IR its most likely it hadn't been made public. Contact GTAC and log an IR because it may be something to do with your files that GTAC would need to look at.

I just downloaded the MP8 pack for NX8.5 and the problem still occurred. But some progress has been made, after the first time the error popped up, I was able to open the part file in the second attempt. So I asked our system admin to do a refile for all the files in TC. My guess is that the files with this specific problem hasn't been opened or saved in NX7.5. We switched from V11 --> V13 --> V15 --> V17 --> NX2 --> NX4 --> NX7.5 and now to NX8.5.
Will report later after refile if it was the solution.
