Substations controls courses

I have a coworker who is looking for a substation controls course/training/class to attend, and unfortunitly I can't think of any good courses on this subject. Does anyone know of any?

Have you tried one of your equipment vendors? Maybe biased towards their equipment but still usually very good technical people. I know several of the relay vendors have online, onsite and regional classes. Here are some links
