That is just too broad a post to get meaningful answers. At best someone will pick an aspect of starting a business and drag the thread into the weeds.

I would suggest that you take a couple of hours and read all of the posts in "Starting & Running an Engineering Business". Most of your questions will be answered many times over in many different contexts.
