STAAD 2002 - LRFD 3rd Code

I was wondering if anyone knew the main differences between the new LRFD (3rd edition code) and the previous. I am using STAAD 2002 and it seems that now you can fiddle with the E value for a lot of the equations. Anything else of significance?

 

Just came back from their Annual Conference in Vegas. They did a great presentation on the differences between the LRFD 2nd and 3rd codes. I would suggest you ask them for a copy of their conference notes.
