Hello All,
I am racking my brain here trying to find a SOSS hinge that is already modeled up with the necessary Kenimatics in place to layout my Galley units. I don't have time to sit down and model one up. Does anyone out there have a fully working assembly for a SOSS hinge (Series 203 or 204)?

Thx

P.S.
I have already tried 3d content and McMaster.

Didn't see anything on the Southco site.

Have you tried contacting directly?

Have you read faq731-376 to make the best use of Eng-Tips Forums?

I could have modeled it pretty quick. Setting up the Kenimatics takes a bit longer.
I would do it but my boss is big on not wasting time with allot of models. Thats why I turned to this site.

Soss told me they do there designs in 2d. I don't buy that though.

Old school,
Thank you very much for that. But I can't open it due to it being created in 2008. I am on 2007. Can you possible save that out as a 2007 asssembly?

Oldschool,
That assembly didn't have the parts download with it?

Your right. I did forget that.
But you can STEP it out and use Feature works. It will require you add the constraints back in though.

Oldschool,
Can you please upload the hinge parts and assy in STEP or IGES format?

Thx

... and you only needed to upload the assembly IGES; the parts are automatically included.

[cheers]
