Some thick plate program

I am writing a thick plate finite element program with fictitious drilling degree of freedom, it works ok when the normal is parallel to the Z axis, but when I turn the plate normal to Y axis the moments but not the reactions in the plate turn zero, some body could help me.

The program is writed in Visual Basic, an independent preprocessor have a routine writed in ObjectArx that work inside AutoCAD, as you can model your plate and obtain the geometric data from a drawing, I think this routine work well but little slow as it has to know the vertex comparing one to others, but the problem is in the processing (Visual Basic write) I think with a coordinate translations. Would you want to see it?.
