Sludge Removal Process FMEA

Hello All,

I am undertaking a project to develope a Failure Mode & Effects Analysis for an automotive paint sludge system from booth to sludge removal and return to booth. Does anybody have any good historical data or can point me in the right direction to obtain some information for such a system. I currently have a good start on a list of components for the system, but I am lacking any design or process failure history or information.
