Searching for a Wire Grommet wth multiple through holes 1

Howdy,
Can someone refer me to a grommet manufacturer? I am searching for a rather odd grommet for us to place a CAT 5 cable through the center, and also two small 1mm thick wires through holes near the perimeter, as shown in the attached picture.

That Heyco product looks pretty good. But if it doesn't work out for whatever reason, this company makes some decent grommets, and has a large selection of unusual shapes/sizes. You will just have to browse through the catalog pictures though, as they don't have any sort of selection guide.
