How does Hughes regulate bandwidth to its internet customers?, are some systems faster than others? for example DirecWay or Pegasus Express. Why are consumers experiencing faster and slower internet browsing with all known earth variables being equal. Is it controlled automatically or manually? How is bandwidth allocated if at all on DirecPC, DirecWay etc.
