Hi! Good day fellow Engineers!

Please enlighten me about using turco rust converter. is it more prone to rust when applied? my qaqc head says that some structural engineers here in my country does not permit to use this product. thanks in advance

You should consult with your country's concrete design code, and material standard. Since it is a primer, I think it is discouraged by ACI (US), and require a longer development length to make up the lose in bond strength.
