Hello everybody

I have the following problem: I'm using Patran with Laminate Modeler (LM) for analyzing composites. After the analysis is completed I open the LM module to select and extract failure indexes, margins of safety, etc. to display in the results screen...but when I go to see the results there is nothing about this. It seems that LM doesn't exchange data with Patran so that any results about laminates appears.
The following message appears in the window of messages and warnings "(PCL) too many arguments to function".

Has anybody idea of what could be a possible solution ?
Thanks

after attaching the xdb, do you have any results an all when you choose results?

if not, check the run, maybe it was faulty..

Hi JacobL

what I dont' understand is that results appear, but the supplementary results with failure indexes, margin of safety etc..( exported from Laminate Modeler with commands CREATE-RESULTS-FAILURE CALC ) don't..
I have to say that when I tried to export results with commands CREATE-RESULTS-LM_PLY_SORT, some data appear in the final results in Patran

So the analisys seems to run correctly and some exchange between Laminate Modeler and Patran effectively exists, but not useful at last...

Did you never experienced such problems ?

no, haven't had any problems with accessing results (once the run was ok).

can you send me a BDF so I can test it?
