Repair Welding Under Load

There is a article titled "Repair Welding Under Load" that was published in 1990. The authors are Huenersen, G. / Haensch, H. / Augustyn, J. This article was published within the "Welding in the World" Volume 28, Issue #9 and issue #10 journal. I have contacted the publisher, of "Welding in the World", at http://www.iiwelding.org. They no longer have copies of this specific journal and they do not have this article any longer. Due to its age, the article is out of copyright. I am not able to find an online resource who can provide a copy of this article.

Does anyone have a copy of the "Repair Welding Under Load" that they can forward to me?

I do not, but your local university might, if they have a robust structural engineering program and a library. I’ve had luck with it.
