Redrying cycles & time

What is max allowable cycles of re-drying &time for low hydrogen electrodes.

you should ask your fabricator.
Normally three times shouldn't be a problem, but the biggest problem is traceability of those three times. That's the reason (or one of the reasons) most firms specify max. 1 time, and then throwing them away.

Typical time is two hours at 300 °C, but again, your mielage might vary depending on the brand and type.
