Good afternoon!
I would like to ask if there exist pumps that can pump water even with low water height. To be more specific: I have a tank that will be filled with water with a height from 15 to 30 cm. I want to put inside a pump to pump water with a flow rate of 50 liters per minute (3 tons per hour) and for a head of about 10 meters. But it seems that most pumps need to be submerged at least 40 cm under the water surface to operate. But is there any type of pumps that don't have this requirements?

for that sort of flow and head try looking at boat bilge pumps. A lot are quite low head, but you should be able to find something like it. The submergence is usually to avoid getting vortices, but PD pumps like gear pumps could work here as well.
