In ETABS , what property modifier i should use for torsion.
if i use .05 then my analysis will be stable or not.
what effects i will get if i put torison modifier 0.05 instead of 1.

thanks

You need to use J for modifying torsion. 0.05 will mean you have very little torsional resistance. Even a slight eccentric load might cause large displacements. The analysis might be unstable depending on the loading.

There is the equilibrium and compatibility torsion.
So I think, if the torsion is not needed for equilibrium there should not be any problems if you put 0 instead of 1.

what i get beam failure due to torsion is the simple beam slab structure. But torsion failure of exterior beam. It means due to continuity of slab , torsion is developing in beam.
Does it possible i can release the slab ends.

It is clear why the torsion is developing. Try to put zero in the properties. Analysis will be completed without problems if it's compatibility torsion.

When ever you design an edge beam, it will get lots of torsion from continuity of slab; but in reality the torsion in beam is released when the first crack appears at the beam and slab connection. I will agree with Lisica that put zero in torsion modifier and the ETABS will complete the analysis without any warning if it is compatiblility torsion.

Could you not just release the torsion moment at the end connections of the beam? I would think this would have a similar effect.

I will suggest to modify torsion stiffness modifier instead of releasing the moment, fast and less chance for getting unstability warnings.
