Pro/MECHANICA 2001, Ignored Constraints/Loads Error

I have created a model within Pro/E. I am generating a static analysis with the Structural Option.
I have added the necessary constraints & loads. The material has been defined.
When I try the "Run" command, I am currently getting an "Ignored Constraints/Loads Error.

I would like to know, how to overcome this problem and what procedures must I follow in order to be able to view the results to my model?

Any responses to these problems will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi!

I'm not sure whether you're in the independent mode or integrated mode (comes with Pro-E). Independent mode enable you to see the meshes. But in your case it might not be the meshing problem.

I don't know your input for the loads and constraints. However, have you tried creating a simple model (may be just a rectangular protrusion) with simple loads and constraints?

For integrated mode, the only way I know is to goto <results>, <create> a file under <review> choose the quantity (disp, stress..etc), magnitude, location, display. Finally, hit the <show> button to view the results.

Hope this helps a bit.

I am sure that you have not constraint your model very well.
Be sure that in the direction of the load you will not have to allow DOF free.
For example if your load have the direction of Y , in one of your constraint the TRANSY will have to be set as FIXED.
I hope this answer will help you.
