polymer for hex key

I am looking to machine a hex key (to tightened metal screw) and have to made out of plastic material.
Is there a recommendation of this material?
I am thinking of Delrin, PVDF or Polycarbonate.

Have to agree with Mike, that sounds like a complete non-starter, unless you are talking about very low torque (relative to the ultimate capacity of the screw). Even then, I'd possibly try a glass-reinforced material in an as-molded condition...but no way would that kind of material be "machinable" (at least not on one of "my" machines.
 
I agree that metal is not the ideal choice for a driver (usually a hard metal). I would guess the corners you machine will round over very quickly. However, I can conceive of a number of scenarios where plastic could be appropriate based on torque, cost, number of uses, use enviroment etc. Perhaps, you'd like to share more to help us give a recommendation?

Check this link out. PEEK is expensive but performs well for a plastic. Nylon might be a more economical choice.
