PMI Custom Symbol Colour - What controls colour - symbol opening up black in the JT.

When creating a PMI custom symbol, it appears black in Vis, but not black in NX.

In Vis, select right click Appearance Properties and change the foreground colour and the symbol
changes to any colour.

What controls this in NX so we don't have to manually change the symbol.

Submitted an IR turned to a PR Serious.

Turns out to be Vis. (I think)
