Hello to everyone, I am new here and would appreciate some help. Is there anyone who was using simulation mode in Winproladder? I just could not start that anyhow, have tried different versions of Winproladder on winxp 32bit and win7 64 bit with the same outcome. Also my friend tried it on his computer. The problem is, even when I put there the simplest line Contact X1 -> Coil Y1 Simulation is grey, and cannot be selected at all. Of course I don't have the actual PLC, just practicing for educational purposes.
In provided documentation it seems so simple, but for me and my friend it does not work?!
3.2 Enter simulation mode
Main Menu: PLC > Simulation
It will enter into the simulation mode after execution.
3.3 Start execution of program simulation
Main Menu: PLC > Run
After execution, the color of power line of ladder programwill become to red
color as the screen shown below
