Could anyone clarify the below please.
If a contractor is subcontracted to fabricate and install pipework that is categorised within PED as SEP (Cat I) within a new plant, the pipework connects free issue, purchased by the plant owner, main-plant items that are CE marked as appropriate by the various manufacturer's of the main plant items. Does the pipework have to be CE marked?
