Can anyone recommend and good online tutorials or books, maybe DVD's for PDM works? And also Solid Works?

I my opinion very good. I wish Matt also wrote "Bibles" on SW Surfacing and Sheet metal. In the SW Bible he spends quite a few pages on those subjects, but I have a feeling he knows much much more on the subjects than it's in the SW Bible ..
