paramters for time history analysis in ROBOT

I am trying to do a linear time history analysis in ROBOT and I am confused about the damping parameters I have to put in. For the modal decomposition method is the damping parameter that has to be input the logarithmic decrement (delta) or xi (where delta = 2*pi*xi)?
