OSB Shear value table

The 2003 IBC does not specifically state OSB but gives shear values for struc. I, sheathing in table 2306.4.1, particleboard (table 2306.4.3) and fiberboard in table 2308.9.3(4).

I believe structural I sheathing is an APA rating. OSB can be rated as structural I.

APA does not differentiate between OSB and CDX anymore. It is all considered to be "rated sheathing." Favoring plywood over OSB (or not) becomes a personal choice.
