Opening a workbook at a specific worksheet 1

G'day,

I need to open a workbook at a specific sheet each time but don't want the hassle of making sure I return to the face sheet and save the file before I close it.

Is there any format such as: filename, sheetname
that I can use?

Don't think so, but you could modify the AutoOpen macro to select the sheet you want

Why not write a macro that does the switch to sheet and save together so that way you will have it open on the sheet you want when you re-open?

As IRstuff indicated you can set up that workbook so that whenever it opens it will go to your specific worksheet.
It is simple enough to do.
