NX10 and WIndows 8.1

Does anybody knows, if NX10 works under the windows 8.1?
If yes, what additional libraries are required to install it on this windows?

I can't install NX10 on the W8.1.
Instalation is stopped at 99%.

From the NX 10 release notes:
Windows 8 and 8.1 were certified with NX 8.5.2 and are supported for that version and all subsequent
versions of NX including NX 10

I'm running NX9 and NX10 on a Dell Tablet with Windows 8.1.

No problems at all.

NX 9.0.3.4
NX 10.0.3.5 (Testing)
Windows 7 64 (Windows 8.1 Tablet)

Don't understand, why the system brokes instalation.

Instalation from the same source goes corretcly under W7.

ISO Image from reseller.
But I suspect that Windows could be guilty.
