Model conversion between LSDYNA and PAM-Crash in HyperMesh

I need to convert FEA models between LSDYNA and PAM-Crash using HyperMesh. I did a few trials to write a LSDYNA model out as a PAM-Crash input file and then read the input file back into HyperMesh. It complains with errors more or less related to contact definition and ASCII history ouput. Can anyone share some good experience on doing the conversion?

I did a search to find a PAM-Crash manual, but could not find any on internet. Do you know where to find or download the PAM-Crash user manual?
