Manual of Traffic Signal Design 1

I'm looking to buy the Manual of traffic signal design(Kell J.H. & I.J.Fullerton)-PrenticeHall. Anyone knows where I can get hold of it? I tried the publisher's website and ebay but couldn't find it.
