I am looking for hex head bolts with a short thread.
Such as 7/16-20 x 1.5 bolt with only a .5" thread.
We could use a standard 2" partially threaded bolt and cut off .5" leaving .625 thread on the now 1.5" bolt, but would rather find an off the shelf supplier.
My fastener supplier was of no help and have not had any success looking on line. Would appreciate any suggestions.
