Looking for a good oil sealant for us in power transformers

What we are looking for is a sealant that can permanently seal micro cracks causing oil leaks in transformer radiators etc (steel). Preferably we would like something that will harden and set while in contact with oil, and something doesn't require an absolutely perfectly oil free surface in order to seal well. Is there anything like this available on the market?
