Locked window

In SE, the window which has EDIT DEFINITION, EDIT PROFILE, DYNAMIC EDIT, INSIDE & OVERLAPPING is locked. I can't move it and its covering up a good portion of my start up menu. This only appears in the Part mode, not the Draft mode. Any ideas on how to move it?? I've tried to click, drag, etc.....

What version and service pack of Solid Edge are you using?

Solid Edge ST3 MP1 on WinXP x64

Soild Edge ST1 I believe. I was able to fix it, by re-attaching it to the PathFinder menu bar.
