Living Hinge -- Best Practices in Solid Edge

I'd like to show a one piece plastic component that has a living hinge. What might be the a good method to construct the CAD model that will allow me to illustrate the part in both the open and closed positions. Need some general hints regarding model construction.

You may only need to change the dimension on the angle of the hinge and take two pictures.

If you want more flexibility Family of parts or an adjustable part will both allow this. There are tutorials for both in the help files. Each have their trade offs depending on your situation.
