Live Load greater than 100 psf (IBC 2006)

I know that there was once a section in IBC that said: "If the live load exceeds 100 psf, include XX% of the live load in the seismic weight".

I could not find it, anyone familiar with its location?

(Note this is not the 25% of storage loading)

ASCE7-05 Section 12.7.2 has describes what you are looking for
 
That's the section regarding, in part, the extra lateral due to storage loading.

Whoops, I missed the last bit of the original post excluding the storage load.
 
I think we need to get Mike up there for the Tipster of month or week or whatever...guy is totally willing to help research nasty code provisions for all!!!
