Lightpipe design, were do I start?

Hi, does anyone knows any books or literature on the automotive lightpipe design subject? We´re starting now on this business and I´m just experienced on "normal" plastic components design, I must get to the books again or else I´ll be out of the picture pretty soon. Anyone willing to share knowledge??
