Laminate modeler failure results

Hello everybody

when I try to retrieve the results of an analysis on a laminate using the command "CREATE-RESULTS-FAILURE CALC" of Laminate Modeler tool, the following error appears:
"lyr(1003) > maxLyrId(3)"

Anybody knows what does it mean ?
