An RFP for a project in MA specifies LAC methods (ex, Cyanide LAC method 204001A). Can anyone tell me what LAC methods are and/or where I can find the methods?

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has a form called a Land Application Certificate (LAC)that must be obtained prior to disposal of sludge or septage to land. The LAC specificies analyses and procedures for sample analyses.
