Which lab do I use to get a BH curve for a particular material, please?

Do you have a sample of the material to send out?

If so, KJS Associates, a division of Magnetic Instrumentation is a good place.
 
I would second the recommendation. I haven't worked with them for a number of years, but their work was always top notch.
Contact them regarding sample size requirements. It is best if you can provide suitable samples ready to test.
