IR Ovens

I am looking for a IR oven that can be moved on and off line in our powder coating facility. I will be needing it to flash off water contamination in our products. Is their anyone that has experience in IR Ovens and if so what advice can you give me?

What is the part shape and size?
Does it have pockets that can trap water?
I built in-line systems at one time and if your application fits, I would send to you the present builder's name and contact info.

You should have no problems coming up with such a system. By placing the IR panels on rails, you should be able to adjust for the parts with no problems. Remember, IR can be tricky with powder. In one application we had with IR, we cured and BURNT OFF the powder from bake calipers all within 5 minutes!
