I would be very interested to hear the differing views of tank operators on the advantages and disadvantages of the Full Contact Internal Floating Deck and the Pontoon Internal Floating Deck used to control the evaporation of volatile hydrocarbon vapors in vertical storage tanks – API 650 Appendix H applies.
