Is it possible to test/ inspect hydraulic system of retraction/extension and hydraulic system of break before installation of landing gear?

G123... Landing gear systems hydraulics are designed to 'work' with landing gear installed. There are 'iron-bird' mechanical test set-ups for 'whole system testing'... or 'bench tests' for every component of the hydraulics systems for the gear...

'Swinging the gear' while on jacks is a fairly well established test practice for the whole system... especially for movement rates/timing, conflicts, smoothness, odd noises, etc, etc...

I'd put the a/c on jacks and cycle the gear.

If you want to apply loads, like landing then you need a rig like the manufacturer's have.

What are you trying to do ? Why do you want to do this ??
is "break" a typo for "brake" ?
Are you trying to test the hydraulic components mounted on the plane ? why ??

Any sort of routine test/inspection should be defined by the plane OEM.
Any sort of non-routine testing should be defined by the OEM, having understood the problem.

I seek a detailed account of all inspection procedures applicable to components either integrated within the aircraft or assembled onto the main landing gear, in order to verify the serviceability and operational integrity of the main gear prior to its reinstallation on the aircraft following completion of overhaul activities

do you not have the aircraft maintenance manual? surely such procedures would be in the AMM.

agreed, all required inspections to "verify the serviceability and operational integrity of the main landing gear" as a complete system (ie the MLG itself and the on-aircraft components of the MLG system) are defined (and prescribed) by the AMM. If you think there is something missing, then you should consult the OEM.

I assume you broke into the MLG system as part of routine maintenance ?
or some other reason ??

I don't understand the concern. the onboard components are loaded by system pressure (no?) so easy to verify to operational loads (to system maximum pressure) by much harder to verify to proper ultimate design loads.
